The conditions on which Amvix is made available. They are short, because the site does little: it publishes pages and links to other websites.

1. Who provides this site

Amvix (amvix.online) is published by Lerifin corporation s.r.o., Zrzavého 1705/2a, Řepy, 163 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic, company number 08211752, VAT CZ08211752, contactable at info@amvix.online. References to "we" and "us" below mean that company. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. The site is informational

Amvix publishes general information about antivirus and device security software for readers in Australia. It is not professional advice of any kind — not security advice, not legal advice, not financial advice — and it is not tailored to your circumstances, your devices or your risk. Decisions about what software to install or purchase remain yours, and where a decision matters, consult the vendor's own documentation or a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy and change

Pages are written carefully and reviewed periodically, and the date of the last review appears in the footer. Even so, information about commercial products changes frequently and without notice: prices, plan structures, device limits, features, system requirements and subscription terms are all set by vendors and can change at any time. Nothing on this site should be relied on as the current state of a product. The vendor's own website is the authoritative source, and checking it before you purchase is the step this site consistently asks you to take. 4. Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including government and regulatory bodies and one commercial vendor. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, their privacy practices or the products and services they offer. A link is not an endorsement, and following one means leaving Amvix and becoming subject to the other site's own terms and policies.

Some links are paid affiliate links, which are identified as such where they appear and explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

5. No relationship with vendors

Amvix is independent of every company whose product it mentions. We are not an agent, reseller, distributor, authorised partner or representative of any vendor, and we take no part in any transaction you enter into with one. Any contract you form when purchasing software is between you and that vendor. Questions about accounts, billing, cancellation, refunds or technical support must go to the vendor, not to us.

6. Content and trademarks

The text, layout, code and original graphics on this site belong to Lerifin corporation s.r.o. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, including quoting short passages with attribution and a link. Republishing pages in substance, or using the content commercially, requires our written permission.

Surfshark Antivirus and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Amvix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Brand names are used only to identify and describe the products discussed.

7. Liability

The site is made available as it is. To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the unavailability of the site, or from your dealings with any third party you reach through it.

That exclusion is subject to an important limit. If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any term of this or any other agreement. Nothing in these terms operates to exclude, restrict or modify those guarantees or any other right you have under Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited rather than excluded, it is limited to resupplying the relevant information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

8. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the servers it runs on, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. The site has no accounts, forms or uploads, so there is little to misuse, but the request stands.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
