This is the only contact channel for Amvix. There is no contact form on this site, no live chat, no telephone line and no newsletter — deliberately, because a site that collects nothing has nothing to lose or misuse.

What to write to us about
- A factual error on a page, with the page and the sentence identified.
- Information that has gone out of date, including a vendor's terms changing.
- A question about how this site is funded or how coverage is decided.
- A privacy request under the Australian Privacy Principles — access, correction, or a complaint about how we have handled information.
- A trademark or copyright concern from a rights holder.
- A suggestion for a subject the site should cover.
What we cannot help with
Being direct about this saves you time.
- Vendor accounts, billing, subscriptions, refunds and cancellations. Amvix has no access to any vendor's systems and no role in a purchase beyond the referral. These go to the vendor directly. Your rights and where to complain sets out the sequence if the vendor does not resolve it.
- Technical support for any product. We cannot diagnose a device, remove malware, or advise on a specific installation.
- Individual security or legal advice. The pages here are general information. For an incident, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes guidance and operates ReportCyber; for scams, report to Scamwatch; if money has moved, contact your bank first.
- Link placement, guest posts and paid content requests. The site's commercial arrangements are described on the affiliate disclosure page and are not expanded on request.
What happens to your email
Emails to info@amvix.online arrive in a mailbox controlled by Lerifin corporation s.r.o. We read what you send, reply where a reply is useful, and keep the correspondence for up to 24 months so that a later message about the same matter has context. We do not add senders to any mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not pass addresses to any third party.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, copies of identity documents or anything else sensitive. Nothing that would need to be answered here requires them. The privacy policy describes how correspondence is handled, and how to make a privacy request or complaint.
Response times
Amvix is a small publication and email is answered as time allows, usually within several business days. Messages requiring a correction to a page are prioritised. If a message needs no reply — a note that something has changed, for instance — it may simply result in the page being updated, which is the outcome that matters.
